About

Alyssa is an Associate Lecturer, Criminology and Justice in RMIT's School of Global, Urban and Social Studies and supervisor at the Bridge of Hope Innocence Initiative, also based at RMIT. Alyssa is also admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Alyssa's research areas of interests include the role of racism in wrongful convictions and other miscarriages of justice, mental health related legal reform and post conviction review processes. .
