Dr Han is a lecturer of Taxation at the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain at RMIT University. His research focuses on corporate finance, governance, and sustainability, with a particular emphasis on how firms respond to environmental risks, regulatory changes, and technological innovations. His work examines topics such as climate risk, ESG practices, auditing and accounting issues, and the role of digital transformation in shaping corporate behaviour and financial decision-making. Dr Han has been teaching in face-to-face, blended, and fully online modes across undergraduate and postgraduate programs at universities and higher education institutions. As an active member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and the Financial Planning Association of Australia, he maintains strong connections with the professional community while contributing to the development of future financial planning and taxation professionals.
