About

I am currently a Lecturer in the School of Computing Technologies at RMIT University, Australia. Prior to joining RMIT, I worked as a Research Fellow in the Faculty of Information Technology at Monash University.

My research focuses on human-centric software engineering, examining how human factors such as personality, motivation, cognitive capabilities, and social dynamics influence software engineering practices and outcomes. I also work on inclusive technology research, including digital health, disability technology, responsible AI, neurodiversity, and disaster resilience, with the aim of developing technologies that support accessibility, participation, and well-being.
