The scholarship award is subject to meeting RMIT's research-degree entry, admission to the relevant Master's by Research program, and final scholarship approval.

The scholarship would suit applicants with backgrounds in occupational health and safety, human factors and ergonomics, engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, and public health or related disciplines.

Research will focus on translating evidence into practical manufacturing safety guidance and training, including emerging technology risks. Experience in literature reviews, qualitative or quantitative research, data analysis or industry engagement is desirable. The student will collaborate with RMIT researchers, an OH&S Specialist and manufacturing partners.
