IDEA in Action breaks down the IDEA framework and how people and teams can implement throughout their work. This workshop discusses the equity cohorts that are a priority within RMIT and how by taking an intersectional approach you can create work designed for everyone.

Since September 2021, we have led 23 guest industry talks attracting over 1,500 participants from diverse programs within the School of Communication & Design. The series has featured speakers from diverse backgrounds and industries, including graphics, branding, advertising, illustration, animation, UI/UX design, product design, sustainability, fashion, textiles, games design, VFX, content creation, architecture and spatial design, representing 11 different nationalities.
