RMIT’s Building 20 was formerly the Magistrates’ Court — the site of many of Australia’s most famous trials. Acknowledged as a historically significant site by the Heritage Council, the Magistrates’ Court was the site of bushranger Ned Kelly’s murder conviction in 1880 when it was the Supreme Court.
