To graduate you must complete the following. All courses listed may not be available each semester.

Upon entry to the program, you will have been offered a place in one of four Majors:
  • 2D Studio Practices
  • 3D Studio Practices
  • Expanded Media Arts
  • Photography
You must complete a total of 288 credit points as follows:
Year 1: Four (4) core courses (60 credit points) and 36 credit points from your chosen combination, 24cp of which must be courses from the Major.
Year 2: Two (2) courses (24 credit points) from Art History and Theory and 72 credit points from your chosen combination.
Year 3: Three (3) core courses (48 credit points) and 48 credit points of your chosen combination.

Combination 1: Complete one (1) Fine Arts Major (96 credit points) and one (1) Minor (48 credit points) and one Program Option (12 credit point) course.
Combination 2: Complete one (1) Fine Arts Major (96 credit points), one (1) Program Option (12 credit point) course and 48 credit points from a combination of Program Option courses and any of the School of Art Minor courses.
NOTE: If you use a course toward the completion of a major or minor, you cannot use the same course again to count toward another major or minor.
